H.E.A.L fermented mustard is an all-natural product (no fillers, thickeners or additives) hence may need a little shake or stir from time to time.

This is a great mustard. Tangy, tasty and good for your gut - highly recommend. I like to add to it dressings and with a good steak!

Nice subtle flavour - I found the mustard to be not as strong flavoured as regular seeded mustard but it still has a lovely subtle flavour. I especially like to add the fermented mustard to olive oil and white or red wine vinegar for a refreshing dressing to my salads.
