If you purchased any item from Nutristar Solutions® and it’s it doesn’t match the description on the packaging or on our marketing material, you can return it to us. Just send it back with proof of purchase to our registered office and we’ll exchange it for an equivalent replacement product. If you want to return Nutristar Solutions branded product for a cash refund, we will only do this if the goods are in re-saleable condition Such refunds will be made using your original payment method.
Our policy provides you with additional benefits to those under Australian Consumer Law. Nutristar Solutions®, NutriFuel Plus® or NutriChew® brand products:
We offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be in their original packaging (ie. Unopened with the Tamper proof seal or tab intact) and in new condition suitable for resale. If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method. If you can’t present proof of purchase, we’ll offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current price of that product.
Other non Nutristar Solutions branded products: We offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in as new condition suitable for resale. If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method. If you can’t present proof that the goods were purchased from us, we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange. If you have proof of purchase but it is outside the 28 days of purchase or delivery, we can give you an exchange coupon at the current price of that product. All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
